Responding to customer inquiries related to the online catalog ordering
Assisting customers with order-related issues to resolve issues and ensure orders are successfully submitted
Responding to customer inquiries related to item sizing, color, material, dimensions, warranties, and shipping

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle on a daily basis – in both English and Spanish:
Client Customer Calls:
24/7 servicing of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests from client’s customers and/or client account representatives.
Possible outbound calls in English or Spanish to the client, client’s customers and/or client account representatives for status and clarification purposes.
Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
Service Provider Calls:
Outbound coordination to client’s independent service providers (such as tow trucks).
Possible follow up calls to independent service providers for clarification and/or additional calls for secondary services.
Possible translation calls from Spanish to English for secondary services

A laptop or desktop is required to work from home. A 17" monitor or larger is recommended. Laptops must be hardwired using an Ethernet cord. All computers must meet Arise's standard system requirements.
Laptops without an Ethernet port and all-in-one computers are not compatible with some clients.
Some clients may require a dual-monitor setup. The recommended monitors are as follows: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080P)
A noise-canceling headset with USB and mic will be required during certification. Clients that do not require a landline phone service will use VoIP instead. Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands are recommended. Suggestions:

WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE?
This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call.

You must be authorized to work in the United States
DO I GET PAID FOR TRAINING?
You will start earning revenue in training class when taking live practice calls. This is typically the second week of training. Once you have successfully completed training, you will start selecting your full schedule.
